Payment Policy
-
Accepted Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved financing options.
-
Full Payment: Payment is due in full upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
-
Late Fees: Vehicles left at the shop more than 3 days after service completion without prior arrangement may be subject to storage fees.

Performance and Tuning Disclaimer
-
Results May Vary: Every vehicle responds differently to tuning. While we strive for optimal gains, IDH does not guarantee specific horsepower, torque, or performance numbers.
-
Off-Road Use Only: Certain modifications and tunes may not be legal for on-road use. It is the customer’s responsibility to comply with local, state, and federal laws.
-
Warranty Limitations: Performance modifications may void manufacturer warranties. IDH is not liable for manufacturer warranty claims, nor responsible for damage caused by misuse or pre-existing conditions.

Warranty Policy
-
Labor Warranty: We offer a [30-90]-day warranty on our labor for workmanship defects. This does not cover normal wear, racing damage, or client-installed parts.
-
Parts Warranty: Parts may carry manufacturer warranties. Warranty claims must be submitted with original invoices and are subject to the terms of the part supplier.

-
Personal Information: We collect only the information necessary to provide services (e.g., name, contact, vehicle details). Your information is never sold or shared with third parties except as required to complete your service.
-
Security: We take reasonable steps to protect your personal data, both online and in-shop.

Customer Responsibilities
-

-
Communication: Keep in contact regarding your vehicle status and respond promptly to inquiries.
